Case Details: This 56-year-old patient lived with a prominent lower eyelid bag that had been present since birth. Dr. Landford began with a comprehensive evaluation, listening carefully to the patient’s concerns and examining their unique anatomy. To ensure every possible factor was considered, radiological imaging was performed to rule out potential causes such as a venous or lymphatic malformation. The decision was made to proceed with a lower blepharoplasty to remove the excess fat. Results shown 3 months after his Eyelid lift procedure.
