Upper Eyelid Lift | 2 months post op
Case Details:
This 39-year-old patient presented with concerns of heavy-looking upper eyelids and lateral eyebrow fullness, caused by excessive lacrimal gland show. She desired a more refreshed and balanced eye appearance without losing the natural fullness of her eyes. She underwent upper blepharoplasty with lacrimal gland repositioning, which addressed the gland prominence, lifted the lateral eyelid area, and improved the overall contour of her upper eyelids and brows. Postoperatively, she demonstrates a more open, refreshed eye area with balanced lateral eyelid and eyebrow contour, achieving a natural and harmonious result while maintaining the integrity and fullness of her eyes.
Procedures Performed: Upper Blepharoplasty, Lacrimal Gland Repositioning
