Case Details:
This 57-year-old patient presented with breast ptosis (sagging) and desired a lifted, youthful breast shape while maintaining her natural breast size. She has a history of keloid formation, which required careful planning and a strict postoperative scar care protocol to optimize healing. She underwent an auto-augmentation mastopexy, which lifts and reshapes the breast using the patient’s own tissue to restore upper pole fullness without reducing size.
