Case Details:
This 58-year-old patient presented with facial aging compounded by significant soft tissue loss following massive weight loss. She was concerned with sagging skin, jowling, and hollowing in the midface, which contributed to a prematurely aged appearance. She underwent a deep plane facelift and neck lift to address facial and neck laxity, combined with fat grafting to restore lost volume and enhance facial contours.
