Deep Plane Facelift & Necklift | 2 months post op
Case Details: This 64-year-old patient presented with concerns of facial aging, including deep nasolabial folds, jowling, and significant laxity along the neck. She also had volume loss in the midface and periorbital region, which contributed to a tired appearance. Given a history of tobacco use, special attention was taken in surgical planning and postoperative care to optimize healing and outcomes. She underwent a deep plane facelift and neck lift to restore definition to the jawline and neckline, as well as fat grafting to the midface and periorbital areas to address deflation and restore youthful contours.
