Case Details: A 50-year-old patient with a history of nasal trauma sought facial rejuvenation, concerned with eyelid bags, a wide nasal dorsum, a dorsal hump, and a drooping nasal tip. Dr. Landford performed rhinoplasty, refining the nasal bridge, reducing the dorsal hump, and enhancing the tip with tip grafts and alar base reduction for a more balanced profile. For the lower eyelids, Dr. Landford removed excess fat pads and used fat grafting to smooth the contour. An advanced skincare regimen was also introduced to improve skin quality.
