Breast Augmentation | 3 months post-surgery 

Case Details: 49-year-old patient who presented with small breasts and mild glandular ptosis (sagging). The patient desired enhanced breast size and improved breast contour but wished to avoid the incisions and scarring associated with a mastopexy (breast lift). Dr. Landford utilized a dual-plane approach to place 385cc smooth round moderate plus silicone implants under the muscle, releasing the breast tissue to allow the implant to settle naturally into the soft tissue pocket. The patient is shown here 3 months post-breast augmentation.
