Deep Plane Facelift & Neck Lift with Upper Blepharoplasty | 1 Year post op
Case Details:
This 61-year-old patient presented with concerns of facial aging, including sagging in the midface and neck, loss of facial volume, and hooding of the upper eyelids. She underwent a deep plane facelift and neck lift to restore facial and neck contours, fat grafting to rejuvenate lost volume, and upper blepharoplasty to refresh the eye area. An important feature of this case is that the patient has Fitzpatrick Type VI skin, which typically carries a higher risk of visible scarring. In her case, careful surgical planning and technique resulted in minimal to no visible scarring, highlighting a natural and seamless outcome. Her postoperative results demonstrate restored youthful volume, lifted facial and neck contours, and refreshed eyes, all while maintaining a smooth, natural appearance with virtually invisible scars.
